It is the responsibility of the webinar attendee to have a compatible device and a suitable internet connection prior to the start of the live webinar. Any technical issues you experience connecting to the webinar are not grounds for a refund.
It is the responsibility of the webinar attendee to make sure you have the necessary live webinar login instructions that will be emailed as well as displayed in your Account Dashboard after registration. Not having access to the live webinar and not informing us of that at least 24 hours prior to the start of the live webinar are not grounds for a refund.
Your live webinar seat is reserved on purchase. Not attending the live webinar or attending it partially are not grounds for a refund.
Should technical issues arise on our end, we will take the necessary steps to resolve them in a timely fashion. Any live webinar interruptions, poor video/audio quality, and/or postponement of the webinar are not grounds for a refund.
On-demand recorded webinars are non-refundable for any reasons.
